After a fabulous catch up in the virtual studio, Brooke and Cate moved on to discuss a very touching, real life story about one of Brooke’s clients within the Head Start Homes charity. Brooke speaks openly about her desire to “do real estate for good”, and her incredible assignment with a dear client, Charlene* is a bit of a tear-jerking story with a wonderful ending.
Brooke is a director of Head Start Homes, an incredible initiative that combines commercial skill, banking experience, real estate prowess and kindness. Brooke shares her vision, discusses the program structure she has devised in an effort to enable her clients to be ‘purchase-ready’, and most incredibly, Brooke articulates what it’s meant for her to make a difference in this industry.
Brooke uses her magic powers for good.
“When Charlene bought her home, she and her three children got their own home. That’s four people in a home that belongs to them. And her flat then went to a new family who needed shelter. A family of six people. That’s TEN people we helped.”
