In this special first episode of many, Stacey and Cate talk all facets of their job, experiences and property adventures.

Stacey hosts this time, and quizzes Cate about life as a landlord, and more specifically, the journey that a budding landlord can anticipate. This isn’t restricted to first time landlords either; Cate shares some tips on the various adventures she’s personally experienced, and she also shares some valuable pointers in an effort to ease unnecessary landlord stress.
